The Cave of Trust
A Meditation for Letting Go & Trusting
Freedom comes from letting go of that which doesn’t serve you. Here’s a meditation to help you do just that.
The Cave of Trust meditation can be done alone or with accompanying Clarity breathwork.
This type of breath is gentle, circular, open mouthed. It’s a silent “aaaaah-haaaaaaah” with a nourishing inhale (where you receive) and relaxed exhale (where you release.) Keeping the breath connected, let your breath be an easy anchor as you travel to a place within where all of you is allowed.
*I recommend you find a comfortable place to lie down, have a flat pillow or no pillow at all (to allow an open throated breath), and have a glass of water nearby. Be gentle and see what arises.
